Operator Training
Our Overhead Crane Operator Training consisting of the following:
  • Review of employer and employee responsibilities
  • Video Presentation
    • Operation of cab controlled operated crane
    • Operation of radio control operated crane
    • Operation of a pendant control operated crane
    • Load positioning & balancing
    • Below the hook attachments
  • Review of Operators Manual
    • Pre shift inspection
    • Parking and moving the load
    • Hand signals
    • General Do’s and Don’ts
  • Written Test & Review
  • Floor Exercise
    Using an Overhead Crane designated by the customer, the instructor reviews “HANDS ON” with class
  • Certificate of Competency
    Upon completion of the course to the instructors satisfaction, each student will receive a laminated certificate of competency signed by the instructor.

    Sessions are available at your plant for a duration of approximately 2 ˝ to 3 hours. We limit class sizes to a maximum of 10 attendees.
